Not satisfied with your M² lubricant purchase? Please contact us within 30 days from the date of shipment and we quickly and efficiently refund or exchange your product (less shipping charges.)

Please contact Bob@m2lubricants.com and we will email you back a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the address to return your product. To ensure you receive your refund you MUST write the RAN number on the outside of your package

Due to health restrictions, we CANNOT accept returns for adult toys if they have been opened, have had the security seals broken or have been removed from its plastic wrap or packaging. These products are NOT eligible for return. Unfortunately, no exceptions are allowed.

If you wish to return an adult toy(s)/accessory that has not been opened, removed from any packaging, or has intact security seals, please email Bob@m2lubricants.com.

You will receive instructions by email with return information including a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and mailing address to ship your returns. You must contact us within 30 days of the date of shipment and the RAN number MUST be written on the outside of the package. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping charges and you must pay for return shipping). A 15% restocking fee may be charged.
